- Born and raised in South East Los Angeles. I currently spend most of my days in the Pico-Union area of LA. I love my city and i love my nation, and my prayer is that God will have mercy on our land, even as we have failed to live up to our own ideals... My purpose for blogging in español and in English is to educate people about basic principles that might help us arrive at common sense solutions in the social/cultural/political realm. Principles based on common sense and reality -> the reality of a creator God; the sinfulness and evil of man, but also the dignity and worth of man; the existence of transcendent Truths; the importance of being guided by Reason as opposed to passions and emotions; the importance of Family; the reality of Christ's Resurrection and a future Resurrection for those who are redeemed...
